National Orange Day
March 24 is a special day for Syracuse University students, alumni, faculty, and staff!
National Orange Day marks the anniversary of SU’s founding in 1870, and is celebrated by the “wearin’ of the Orange,” campus events (including birthday cake, of course), and community service projects, both on campus and in cities across the country.
In 2016, our National Orange Day celebration also included a special service project, Orange Around the World, that sent Orange spirit to our active duty military wherever they're stationed. See photos.
